Genesis CEI has opened a new project office to support the SR 694 (Gandy Boulevard) project in St. Petersburg. The $82.9 million Gandy Boulevard project involves construction of a six-lane divided urban section from I-275 to MLK Street and a four-lane divided section from MLK Street to East Fourth Street and includes design and construction of three interchanges and overpasses as well as frontage roads, stormwater facilities, ITS features, lighting and signalization. The project will transform the Gandy Boulevard corridor which is a major evacuation route for Pinellas County residents in the event of a hurricane.

The project team, comprising Marty Sanchez, Tony Harvey, Cindy Jeffers, Rob Walker, Steve Young, and Wilma Davis-Wilson is resident in the new Gandy Boulevard project office at 9543 International Court in St. Petersburg, Florida.
