Genesis recently received approval from the Atlantic Beach City Council to provide civil engineering services and streetscape design enhancements to the Seminole Road Corridor from Atlantic Boulevard to the five-way intersection at Plaza Street and Sherry Drive.

Under the direction of Genesis' Jacksonville based Project Manager James Sullivan, P.E., Seminole Road will undergo complete re-construction and will include new stormwater infrastructure that applies green technologies and bio-swales, road side parking, hardscape and landscape elements and materials, lighting and a new water main. Sullivan was recently Project Manager for the Gaines Street Revitalization in Tallahassee, an award winning urban roadway reconstruction project that has attracted more than $300 million in new investment to the corridor.
