Tampa, FL, January 27, 2016 -- Genesis is excited to announce that construction of our new office in downtown Tampa is nearly complete. In February 2016, the office relocation will take place. This move will relocate Genesis’ corporate headquarters from the current office location just outside of Tampa in Brandon, Florida, to the ninth floor of the iconic Times Building in downtown Tampa.
This move coincides with the City’s effort to redevelop downtown Tampa. By relocating, Genesis is playing a part in the effort of the redevelopment’s goal to live, work, and play in downtown Tampa.
Bruce Kaschyk, AICP, Genesis’ Tampa office leader stated, “This move represents an exciting time for Genesis as we approach our 30th anniversary of providing comprehensive civil engineering, planning, design, and construction engineering services. Genesis is excited to be part of the City’s downtown revitalization, and we believe our new downtown location near the I-275 and I-4 Interchange provides us with a centralized location to best serve the Tampa Bay region and our clients.”
The Genesis office will occupy approximately half of the ninth floor, 8,773 SF, to house our 29 employees in Tampa.
