Tampa, FL, February 22, 2016 – On February 22, 2016, Genesis’ corporate headquarters relocated to downtown Tampa, Florida. This move relocates Genesis’ office location from just outside of Tampa in Brandon, Florida, to the ninth floor of the iconic Times Building in downtown Tampa.
Bruce Kaschyk, AICP, Genesis’ Tampa office leader stated, “Genesis has successfully served public and private sector clients from our Brandon office for the past 24 years. As the growth becomes increasingly ‘regional,’ our new downtown Tampa location—near the I-275 and I-4 interchange—provides us with a centralized regional location to best serve our clients and associates. This also allows Genesis to be included in the exciting revitalization of the urban community that is becoming downtown Tampa.”
The Genesis office occupies approximately half of the ninth floor—8,773 SF—housing our 29 employees in Tampa.
We would like to thank Denholtz Associates, Mr. Patrick Kelly with Redstone Companies, Cork-Howard Construction, and Cushman & Wakefield for their efforts in supporting our office relocation.
