The Wellness Center parcel is approximately 3.4 acres and is surrounded on all sides by intensely developed roads and buildings. The project covers provision of LEED 2009 for New Construction and Major Renovation Certification Materials. During the first phase of the conceptual design, Genesis developed a conceptual site plan incorporating the programmed building layout, proposed access, and site survey. The conceptual plan took into account the challenging site topography, the desire to save trees, and the proposed connection to and extension of the pedestrian mall.

Genesis also provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design plans for the project which included Traditions Way. The Traditions Way plans addressed ADA ramps to make the corridor handicap accessible.
